Craig and his team did a great job with our roof. It was a complex project that required stripping off the old shingles and two layers of 50 year old blackboard insulation. Also, some of the roof decking (which was also the inside ceiling) was rotted as a result of water intrusion over the course of too many years of neglect, and had to be replaced. His recommended replacement was a built up system of 2X4 spacers, foam insulation and 1/2"OSB with synthetic underlayment on the roof decking and on the top layer of OSB. The finished surface was metal. Craig suggested a matte finish for the metal and it looks great.
The space available for the construction was very limited but Craig was able to maintain access to the house and a neighbors house that shared the driveway.
Craig communicated the status daily and kept us informed about what he found and what was next.
Great job, on time and at the price he originally quoted. I highly recommend Craig and the team at C&H Roofing.

I reviewed the company before they completely finished the job. See my earlier review. Craig is a good person to work with and he is very attentive to details. I wish there was a way to give a 4.5 review because that should be the rating in my opinion. I gave this rating not because of Craig's lack of attention to detail but to the contract company he used. My roof had been damaged with wind and needed to be repaired sooner than later. Craig was too busy to get to replacing the roof so he asked if I minded using one of his contract crews. I had no problem with the contact company's work but the little things added up. The roof was installed correctly and Craig required the best materials. My problem was with the crew's supervisor. He wasn't present while the work was being completed. He never came back to the job once his crew started working. I'm sure Craig wasn't happy about it and we talked about this issue. Overall, I was pleased with the roof and the help Craig gave in picking out the color. I would use C&H Roofing again.

Would I recommend Craig Dice of C and H Roofing? If Craig was not available I would hire his shadow! He is that good. He gave us an estimate on repairing a leaking sixty-seven yer old chimney. He gave what I thought was a fair price. A two day job became a three day job after discovering additional problems. I offered to pay him additional money for the unseen problems but he said he would stick with the original quote. His finished work is beautiful. He may not have made much money on this job with the extra materials and labor costs but he certainly earned my respect. He is highly skilled, professional and a man of his word. My experience was excellent! Craig was able to have my roof repaired within 3 weeks from the estimate. I had a previous estimate from Quantum Roofing and sought an additional one from C&H Roofing. After getting explanations from from both companies of the repair, it was clear we needed to go with C&H Roofing.
