I reviewed the company before they completely finished the job. See my earlier review. Craig is a good person to work with and he is very attentive to details. I wish there was a way to give a 4.5 review because that should be the rating in my opinion. I gave this rating not because of Craig's lack of attention to detail but to the contract company he used. My roof had been damaged with wind and needed to be repaired sooner than later. Craig was too busy to get to replacing the roof so he asked if I minded using one of his contract crews. I had no problem with the contact company's work but the little things added up. The roof was installed correctly and Craig required the best materials. My problem was with the crew's supervisor. He wasn't present while the work was being completed. He never came back to the job once his crew started working. I'm sure Craig wasn't happy about it and we talked about this issue. Overall, I was pleased with the roof and the help Craig gave in picking out the color. I would use C&H Roofing again.
